What we collect
If you sign up for the free download, we store your email address, the page you signed up on and the date. Nothing else is asked for and nothing else is stored.
What we do with it
We send you the download and, at most, one email a month when we publish something new. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. We do not sell, rent or share your address with anyone.
Analytics
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites. We use no advertising trackers on this site.
Where it lives
The site and the signup list are hosted on Cloudflare. If you want your address removed, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or reply to one and ask, and it will be deleted.
Medical information
Nothing on this site is medical advice, and we never ask for health information. Please do not send us any.
